1. Data stored on your device
Your best score, run count, language and sound preferences are stored only on your device; Skytek does not receive them. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app removes them. The game has no accounts, sign-up or login.
2. Ads (Google AdMob)
The app contains the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). A full-screen ad can appear after a game ends. An ad is requested only after at least 2 completed runs and at least 30 seconds of active play in the same session, and never more than once every 60 seconds. If you tap the optional "Watch an ad, continue from your floor" button on the game-over screen, a rewarded ad is shown; the reward is given only if the ad is watched to the end, and you continue from the floor you reached. No further ad is shown at the end of a continued game. There are no banner ads; no ad is shown at launch or during a move. After a few runs the game may show Google Play's own rating dialog once; the rating is handled entirely by Google Play and no data is sent to Skytek.
3. Advertising ID and data collected by Google
To serve ads, Google may collect and use data such as the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID / AD_ID), IP address, and device and app information. This processing is governed by Google's own policies: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Skytek does not collect or store this data on its own servers.
4. European Union and United Kingdom: consent
Users in the EU and the UK are shown Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform – UMP) before any ad is requested. You can give or refuse consent to personalised ads. You can reopen and change your choice later with the "Ad privacy options" button on the app's privacy screen. If no ad is available, if you decline consent, or if the device is offline, the game continues normally.
5. Score sharing
Score sharing opens Android's share menu. You decide whether to send the text and which app to use; that app's privacy rules apply. The shared link opens the web version of Kule; the web version's data practices may differ, and this policy covers only the Android app.
6. Your rights (KVKK)
For requests and questions under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you can write to games@skytek.live.
7. Changes
If this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page and the date at the top will change.
